Recently, the Standardization Management Center of the China Electricity Council (CEC) issued a letter soliciting comments on three industry standards, including the "Specification for Performance Testing of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Systems."
The "Specification for Performance Testing of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Systems" stipulates the terms, definitions, symbols, measurement parameters, units, accuracy, test preparations, test conditions, test plans, and test methods for stationary proton exchange membrane fuel cell systems.
This specification is applicable to the performance testing of stationary proton exchange membrane fuel cell systems with a rated power of ≥1 MW.
The "General Technical Specification for Mobile Laboratories for Hydrogen Quality Detection in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells" specifies the terms, definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of mobile laboratories for hydrogen quality detection in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (hereinafter referred to as "mobile laboratories").
This document is applicable to mobile laboratories for mobile hydrogen quality detection within hydrogen refueling stations, as well as to mobile laboratories for quality detection of other hydrogen products, such as those in hydrogen production plants, hydrogen tube trailers, and hydrogen transmission pipelines.
The "Specification for Performance Testing of Alkaline Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Systems" outlines the general principles, test conditions, measuring instruments, test preparations, test items and methods, and test reports for alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production systems.
This document is applicable to alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production systems with a rated hydrogen production capacity of 200 Nm³/h or above, used in renewable energy-based hydrogen production scenarios. Other alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production systems with different hydrogen production capacities and application scenarios may refer to this specification for implementation.
